What you buy
Business owners: a licence to use one website template for one business or person, in HTML or WordPress, personalised with the details you submit, with an upload guide.
Developers and agencies: a licence to use one template for one client website, in HTML or WordPress. Each new client site needs its own licence. Templates on other platforms are quoted separately.
Done-for-you launch (optional)
If you add the launch service, I add your content, connect WhatsApp and forms, set up your domain and email and put the site live, tested on phones. The launch time starts when I have received all your content. It includes one round of changes after launch; further changes are quoted separately.
Hosting bought for you (optional)
If you ask me to buy hosting, I set up one year of Hostinger hosting with a domain and professional email, registered in your name. After the first year, renewal is billed by Hostinger at its normal rate. Never send passwords through the website forms; I will share a secure way to give access.
Delivery
HTML files are sent to the email and WhatsApp number you provide within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, WordPress versions within 48 hours. If I need more information, the clock starts when I receive it.
Your content
You are responsible for the facts, reviews, prices, photos and claims on your live website. Sample reviews, ratings and figures in the preview are placeholders and must be replaced with your own genuine information. Only publish photos you own or have the right to use.
Stock images
Preview images come from Unsplash under the Unsplash License. Replacing them with photos of your own work is strongly recommended.
Refunds
Because each template is personalised, payments are not refundable after your files are delivered. If the template does not work as shown in its live preview, I will fix it at no cost.
Resale
You may not resell, share or redistribute the template files themselves, or sell them as a template. Developers may sell the finished client website built from a licensed template.
